We ship from the United States. Square collects the address at checkout and shows shipping on that order. Timing depends on where you are and what you ordered — we will not invent a carrier name or a next-day promise here. If a box is late, call or write and we will look it up.

Unused items in their original packaging can come back. Write or call within a reasonable window of delivery — a couple of weeks is the usual ask — and we will tell you where to send it. Opened food or powder is generally not returnable. We will not take something that has been worn, used, or emptied and then reboxed.
